Certain types of items cannot be returned such as special orders and all personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Production facilities vary between items. If you order has multiple items, they may be shipped from different facilities and arrive in different boxes on different days. Each package will have a separate tracking number that will be emailed to you.

Exchanges are not always possible. For that reason, we request you return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We try to process all order as quickly as possible so cancelling an order may not be possible. Custom and Personalized orders cannot be cancelled. In the event that you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately and we will try our best to accommodate you.

We have a 30-day return policy on non-custom made items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for damaged/defective items only. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom boxes or bundles, sale items, custom made or personalized items, discontinued items, or gift cards.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We also ask for damage photos and the receipt or proof of purchase.
